I saw this super early this morning when I was on my way out the door; so I'm really sorry I didn't comment when I fav'ed it.
Considering all you had to go off of was my lousy headshot and some small graphic from... Last Exile, I think, as a base for the uniform, I have to admit that I'm really really pleased with the elements you picked. :)
I don't think Riker's quite -that- buff, but it makes sense that the uniform might be padded/armored in some way. All in all, I really like it. Thank you. :)
