A new Twisted Wonderland OC of mine, this time based on the Mad Doctor, or Dr. XXX from "Mickey Mouse and the Mad Doctor", as well as his appearance in the Epic Mickey franchise. Personality: Xavier view on the world is driven by a single thing: disappointment. Humans, magical creatures, all sentient beings are imperfect in his point of view: disappointing and unpredictable entities, only capable of causing trouble and restrain his genius, cruel subjects made only to be obstacles on his path, nothing more, nothing less. The young scientist, as his opinion on people is pretty bad like previously stated, considers machines as superior to the sentient entities: a machine cannot be imperfect, every single one of them made for a specific goal and always perfect in what they're meant to do; considering this, and his expertise in the field of mechanics and robotics, Xavier usually surrounds himself with self-made inventions and robots, looking at each of them as one of his "babies".
He signs every single invention he makes, by putting his own logo (the one in the bottom right of the reference sheet) on them, all of this to make sure his work is recognized as his, because of people in the past stealing his machines and claiming those as their. Seeing himself as a father to his creations, Xavier despises the possibility of them being damaged, being easily angered if even a single scratch is made to one of his inventions.
The thing the young Mad Doctor hates the most, is to be overshadowed by someone else: more and more times it happened in his life, him always thrown aside for his lack of power, and so, to not being anymore in the shadow of someone else, he became power hungry, always trying to find a way to gain more magical power for himself, as he thinks that the only way to be finally recognized is having more power than everyone else. His will to not be forgotten is shown even in the little things, as if he catches someone talking an argument that interests him, he won't lose the occasion to break in the discussion, showing his knowlegde about the subject of the discussion, as well as exploring all the scientific perspective said subject can lead to.

Unique Magic Name: "Paint and Thinner"
Unique Magic Effect: The Unique Magic of Xavier makes him able to extract a part of every person's consciousness: the emotions. By turning the fingers of his hands into syringes and stabbing with those another person, the young Mad Doctor is able to extract the emotions of his victim, giving physical form to those, as liquids coloured like the colours of the victim's body. A person under the effect of "Paint and Thinner", and so with his emotion stolen, will have the colours of his body and clothes turning into grayscale, as well as becoming apathetic, with a loss of will that will prevent the victim do do anything until the emotions return; emotions stolen by this Unique Magic, and then in liquid state, if not contained, tend to evaporate at fast pace, returning to their owner by the act of evaporating.

Trivia: The colour of his heterochromatic hair and eyes, as well as the name of his Unique Magic, is a reference to the Paint and the Thinner from the "Epic Mickey" videogame series; his logo, instead, is a reference to the Mad Doctor's appearance in the same videogame series, the Doctor being half machine and half Toon in the games.
