I'd say it looks pretty good. I don't know the intricacies of Photoshop and Sai, and why they're so different, but I do notice how the art itself is. It's different, but still very much you ... if that makes sense. Different program, same style, just different compliments to the style.

I kind of like this way about it; the character looks softer than your other drawings.

Not for nothing, I know this isn't a fetish piece, but since you do a lot of fetish pieces I'm wondering how Sai works as far as rubber textures go. Better? Worse? How about for your nanotech-style artwork? I'd suggest trying to draw a few similar pieces to your other Photoshop-created drawings in the various styles and genres so you can compare Photoshop to Sai. Then you can decide if you prefer Sai, or if you really need to get Photoshop installed.
