none, since it's kinda irrelevent. to pick up a tv signal (especially one broadcast from a planet) is possible in space, but with so many planets sending them carelessly, they get mixed up and are difficult to decode without expensive equipment. it helps to stay stationary, too. basicly it'd be like trying to pick up local wifi networks from your car while you're driving :B
