I originally saw a post the dutchie group on the facebook of someone who had lost a friend and they were asking to commission 2 pieces of art, but the post hit me in a soft spot and I couldn't pass it up without offering to draw something for them for free so this is the result. There were a lot of first's in this for me, like the pose the left wing is in, the angle of the lighting, and the rays of light coming out of the clouds, after showing the person they really seemed to like it so overall I'm happy with how this turned out.
