Just a quick little thing to show off my new method for fastening my acrylic panels together. This will be used on my modular rack case. I was looking for a way to use the screw and nuts without having to drill holes into the side edges of the acrylic sheets. Being off by even a tiny bit can cause fitment issues when assembling the case. So I did a sort of capture-nut thing, and it works pretty well; at least on the little demo thingy I made here in the picture. We'll see how it turns on out the larger case.
I should have my raw material soon. Then it will be just a matter of getting it cut and assembled. I'll post a step by step if I remember to take some pictures.
