During the digestion of food of an especially large size, the creature cannot move at its usual speed or at all.
Also, the tension and stretching of the trachea does not allow the jaws to be fully closed.
When the victim is swallowed, the ribs move apart, and the abdomen is strongly stretched.
Once in Raplan's stomach, the victim begins to be digested instantly, but the process of complete dissolution takes about 2-3 hours.

"Crusher" does not grind the victim into porridge, "Crusher" squeezes and shreds especially large bones.
