This is a ten-fifteen minute concept sketch I did for Nicodemus Cidney, one of my characters. He's a fourteen year old apprentice mechanic and blacksmith with a penchant for… tinkering. And no, he is not faceless in story: I just fail at drawing faces. :<

I suppose the reason that this is getting a post in my regular art rather than my scraps is because, well, frankly I need help. I have little to no experience drawing human characters, proportions, and faces. While this is roughly correct, there's a lot of details and other stuff wrong with even the basic build to it, in addition to the clothes on top of it. To be blunt, it sucks. So, I guess I'm asking for pointers or tips, and really anything would help with getting the body and costuming right. I mean, I can't even get teenaged proportions right. :\
