Prompted by a fan of my early work, I was motivated to find a pair of early coloured drawings of Saara and friend. The color is crude by my later standards, but I was only just beginning to take my work seriously and would learn work more carefully in future. But you can see that most of my early ideas were well developed by 1972. I'm trying to find still earlier work, although it may not survive. I have a lead that I'll follow up later.
