(From left to right:)
Cyrus "Cy" Caracal: A tennis ball tycoon in the toon world. His side of the family has always been wealthy but he became even more rich when he discovered the perfect tennis ball for toons. He doesn't know what being poor is like and often judges poor people for "not working hard enough". So yeah, he's a capitalist. He doesn't have much of a relationship with his daughter because she was raised by a nanny and he always worked into the night. He is in his 60s and his fashion is inspired by John D. Rockefeller. His family is religious and practices a religion that deifies the human hand.
Candy Caracal: The conservative assistant mayor of Rose Beach and just under Lady Tiger. She has always been involved in politics as her side of the family has had several politicians. Candy is power hungry and has lots of prejudice. She is 20 years younger than her husband. She married him right after graduating college. She is known to approve laws and ideas that benefit her and those in power, but not the general public. She passed her beliefs down to her daughter Carol. Both her and her husband come from old money and are basically WASPs (White Anglo-Saxon Protestants) but animals. Her fashion is inspired by Jackie Kennedy.
Mrs. Ratsworth: Carol's nanny until she was 15. Mrs. Ratsworth is a widow who's children are long grown up. She was already a maid when Carol was born and decided to be her nanny because of her strong empty-nest syndrome. She treats Carol as a granddaughter. Carol is actually closer to Mrs. Ratsworth than her parents. After Carol turned 15, she still aided her in ways like putting on complex undergarments or making her bed. Mrs. Ratsworth is a kind woman and loves to help Carol, but not her parents. She is not very close with the parents but stays as a maid because of Carol. I imagine her speaking in a cockney accent of some sorts.
