now this (IRL) is the thing that got me into trains in general. I used to have 2 of these, but older. I think I repainted one to be the older green and cream SEPTA scheme. I may still have them. In fact maybe I should dig out my box of HO's and sell them, being I'll never have a kid to pass it down to at my age.

Can that be done IRL? I'd love that. Prob wouldnt be street legal. would need rear to counter steer to go around a corner. Thought about doing an old Pullman car with 18 wheeler tractor front end. using the pullman as the box. Great moble home. What are the inside dimensions of those? 10x40? 8x60? At 3 1/2 tons, would be hard to get one delivered as a house. Though with under carriage removed, im sure that kills 1/3 the weight. Whats a beater (with glass and no roof leaks though) worth?
