Another picture of Vasha as a pirate mermaid I drew from a bird's eye-view to get an idéa of how that form would work.
I did not want the smaller crewmembers to be located just in the boat/hat so I thought about having some sort of deck strapped to her back but decided against it because that would make it awkward to dive. Removing the hat for such an occasion and letting it float would be fine but I did not want anything more than that. So I decided that some crewmembers as well as any plunder can be stored on a small ship that can be pulled, because of this I decided that Vasha should have a dorsal fin.
