Filipino Ultimate Students - Part 1
Few days ago, I'd been thinking of an idea to commemorate the Philippine Independence Day in 2021. So I decided to come up with 16 Filipino characters (fursonas or OCs) with ultimate talents, obviously the Danganronpa style.
Also, be mindful that last names of some characters are made up, as denoted by apostrophes (' ').
