So this is Recorder, from the Cosmic Driftwood series.
She is one of six female Immortalims, or Demiangels. Her mate is the Scholar.
It's not yet known what form they take most often. This here depicts her after the events of Fate's Burden. Though she is essentially pregnant throughout that book, she doesn't appear this far along.
