man, I've seen people headcanon that psychic types in general are the most intelligent, but I love the idea of having some psychic-types that are just total idiots. using telekinesis to just yeet things off tables for absolutely no reason. able to get into ur thoughts and mostly using it to say "hey. hey. I'm hungry." hell yes

levitates itself then halfway through forgets why it was levitating in the first place and 20 minutes later it just drifts past you, upside-down and staring at nothing with a confused and nervous expression because it doesnt know how to get down
