Continuing old art Inktober in June ( " JInkies! " ?) ....
As i recall i did the pencil for this '77 and the inking was somewhat spread out over '78 ... and i did two fairly identical inkings as one was a present to one of my best friends - that one was coloured as well ( i have a colour xerox around somewhere). i made this 'copy' for myself ...thought i would colour it later but never got around to it.
The symbolism is either self-explanatory or hopelessly obscure or both or neither ....

i don't have any speakers plugged into my comp. it's a year long experiment on how sound factors in immersion - like silent to sound film ... all the little computer bleeps and boops turned off ....okay not an experiment as such - i got new speakers but tried them out in the living room and there they have stayed and i hadn't gotten around to ordering another set for the comp... i'm a pro-crastinator, so... yea... imma Kate Bush fan, but that vid without sound .... oh dear .......

It can pretty much mean whatever you want it to mean as far as the symbolism - i knew when i made it that no one would have the same sense about the symbols, so instead i concentrated on the picture having some artistic merit to carry the viewer along - if it " looked good " they might look at it longer and find their own meanings in it.
