Y'know...I know Lady Mink's not the type..but, a bit of cloak and dagger might prove useful here. If she could meet one of this dreaded Cabal, she could "fake" making him feel better. And once earning the trust of the others. Strike them all down. Reversing her "healing" on Migtav, maybe even making them beyond worse. And no mortal is immune to fire
my mind went somewhere similar. Something along the lines of not pressing the issue if for whatever reason the manager doesn't want me in their restaurant; if you bring your lawyer into it, there's no telling what adventures your food is going to go through XD. so in a similar vein I have no idea what she could do while healing them; I was thinking of planting some kind of time delayed effect to finish them all off with plausible deniability.
I think their approach will be cautious, but one of them is going to get increasingly desperate and brash as their time draws to a close without some kind of divine intervention; after all if you're going to die what's worse can she do to you (which is also another direction this could go in...she gives them immortality but she's gonna twist it so they damn sure are not gonna like it. one way to do it is eternal life without eternal youth, since it's one of those hillarious things where the superpowers suck unless you get ALL the parts to make them good)
