When I saw this I thought of Veeshan too, although technically she is crystalline. She reigns over the Plane of Sky (Air is Xegony, Queen of Air) but all that's left to watch over is a manifestation of her eye, that likes to deathtouch :p
Man... played EQ1 to death over 10 years. EQ2, not so much, but I'm so glad to be away from SOE ganes m:p
