Sooo, I totally posted this on Patreon years ago and had it as an exclusive con print and then more or less never spoke of it again, but since all the drakhan pics are complete I remembered it's definitely long overdue to post this, hahahaha. It's hinted at for about 5 frames in the Youtube timelapse too tho'

ANYWAYS, "Overflow State"

So, unlike the other Vaion Beasts who are naturally more efficient (tho' consequently weaker) with their energies, drakhan can experience a situation akin to overcharging a battery, or a more dangerous analogy: like drinking too much water and experiencing water poisoning. Typically they vent off excess naturally, like an animal habitually sharpening and maintaining their claws, but if they take in too much vaion beyond their natural capacity, it overwhelms their body and begins to radiate uncontrollably, often causing variable alteration of their appearance. In Ceagok's case: a visual near-inversion of her colors, but for every drakhan it can vary. Until the body can burn it off, they're momentarily far more powerful, but they lose the ability to retain their energy until it drops to a critical level that leaves them dangerously exhausted and effectively ill for days at a time.

To that end, for drakhan, being at 100% might not actually be desirable! It could end up being deadly instead.
