This one is  midwayotter doing a bit of tarp surfing on his board :p I also have a confession to make... this was my first otter I've ever drawn. I honestly don't know why I waited so long to draw one... very fun to draw :D Oh, and also, the stripes do make him go faster, just to let you know.
