This is fairly close to the beach - not hugely close, but kinda close - and I have no idea how bad the weathering is. But the buildings which have been fixed up in the area, and they're really nice too, all date from around 1900-1940 or so. The inside of this one has a single old-fashioned drill press, so I bet that's about when this thing was built, too, though I have no idea when it got abandoned.

A structure rising to the aspiration of being more than a tomb of it's former usefulness and occupation.

oh, very nice. There is an old school near by i have been wanting to get pictures of. Sadly someone just bought it and has begin to turn the structure around.
