Time for another made-up creature.
This is the Giant Igniguana, a massive reptile that inhabits grassy steps and other dry areas. It feeds on whatever vegetation it can get its teeth on. It has 4 lines of defense against predators:
1) its massive size stops most predators from even getting close to it;
2) the huge spikes running along its body serve as a good deterrent to anything that wants to bite down on it;
3) the end of its tail works like a spiked whip, cutting into flesh and leaving nasty wounds;
4) if all else fails... it can breathe fire.

It is strongly advised not to engage this giant lizard if possible. Much like a hippo or a rhino, it may seem slow and docile... but it's not. It has a nasty temper and will attack even if someone as much as looks at it the wrong way.
