Last week, we have been assigned to do 2 16-bit screenshots of games that we created ourselves, which it was a continuation of the previous week's assignement, in which we had to pitch (well, not really pitching, since the teacher can't greenlight them, it's more of a show-and-tell) these games.

Since I already had the FCN in mind for 3 years now, I've decided to "pitch" the idea for my teacher, and he seemed to like it (although as expected, he commented on the copyright issues, but since it's just a fictional project, it should be fine). He also enjoyed these screenshots, even though I had no experience in drawing 16 bit before, not even in Paint, so I guess there's that.

I keep having a dilemma about the game's story either focusing on the characters themselves (similar to Mystery Dungeon or Subspace Emissary) or in a single prontagonist that uses them in battle (like in Pokémon). This is from the latter idea, since it would be easier to explain to the teacher.

The human prontagonist is named "Matt", in case you're wondering. He's based on my cousin, who is currently serving the military, which explains his uniform. You can also choose a female prontagonist, Daiana.

Maybe I'll do more 16-bit art in the future (or 8-bit), but what do you guys think?
