This here is Eliza, Penny's wife and powerful witch!

When she was a little girl, Penny saved her life using her own blood, unknowingly tying Eliza's fate to her own and granting the young kobold innate magic. While Eliza was thankful, Penny didn't want her to be indebted for something Penny saw as what anyone would do. So she suggested Eliza go into the world and experience it for herself. Eliza did just that, studying magic and culture, loving freely and often, and experiencing as much as she could. When she saw Penny again, she did so as an equal. The two courted, and found their personalities and interests to match. They fell in love naturally and were soon wed.
