Vicktoriya Reznikov is a former Soviet scientist involved with the Mother Russia project, an experiment meant to create the perfect super soldiers that could help her to rebuild the Soviet Union. Having been forced from her mother country, Vicktoriya has taken up residence in the United States. She operates a clinic under the false name of Dr. Samantha White. Her clinic specialized in nonsurgical enhancements, which supplies her with a steady flow of volunteers who have no idea what they're signing up for.
