Forbic, being such a good citizen, helped Dewbreon back up. - only for Dewbreon to fall down again. And in the process, ripped Forbic's coat.

The moral of the story? Forbic loves Mountain Dew, and Dewbreon is a very delicious soda umbreon, so it's never a coincidence when Forbic helps Dewbreon get places where he belongs.
