-Personality-
Charles is dedicated individual, he loves to hang around people perhaps thats was the reason he liked cooking, after all nothing attracts people like tasty food, even if he is a self-taught chef his skills in the kitchen are notable, but even so Charles felt something was lacking in his life, his best friend told him that perhaps he should considering doing something else different from cooking, so Charles decided to take his chances in the PCA, he spend several months training, during his training he meet others who also wanted shared his desired to test his mettle in the PCA.

-Tactics-
Charles believes combat is like cooking, there is a right place and time for everything, is all paying attention, Charles usually plans his moves carefully and then he attacks when he believes is the right time, Felicia complains that sometimes Charles spend much time thinking and planning, sometimes plans don't work and is at that time only instincts can save you.
