Because the CD I had didn't have a lyrics sheet, for the longest time I couldn't figure out the last lines on this page. Finally I found some lyrics online, and exchanging some emails with the website owner, he explained that 'gottle o'geer' means 'bottle of beer,' something impossible for a ventriloquist to say without moving their lips. Or at least that's what he claimed. Since I didn't have a better idea, that's what I used.

Yes, the plosives, 'p' and 'b', are the hardest for ventriloquists, since they normally require gathering air behind closed lips. The 'g' substitution is a well-known problem for novice ventriloquists. The better way is to substitute a modified 'd' sound for the 'b', and a modified 'f' sound for the 'p'. So a ventriloquist will have a dottle of deer, if you flease.
