I think I would like to retract my statement from the "Apartments" piece about this being my most biggest background yet haha. X,,D Because not only has this surpassed it but this has also surpassed my layer count recored coming in at a whopping 107 layers!! X33 But yea despite how massive this project was this time I had a rather fun time drawing it. For this piece in particular it was my first time drawing a bird, I think it turned out alright though one issue I am having that was present in various practice runs before this and this one in particular is I'm having issues when it comes to hinging the bottom jaw of the beak, the top part I'm ok with but not the bottom, Overall this was really fun, love his bird dude! Also I feel a lot more confident as well with the hand shape and with the background being a bit more solid, I tried using some irl references for some of the limbs and hand so I think it worked out a bit better. So far the only things I'm not sold on are the aforementioned bottom jaw and once again the hair textures, but I think that might be it. But yea hope it's ok I guess. X,,3

Also was kinda weird but cool seeing my sisters graduation today, since there are some restrictions in place still all her teachers just showed up to the house and read the speech there, was really nice to watch though

Oh hey, finally you got an avian filling your gallery! This is a solid work for a first try with a bird, and Souvi looks fabulous dressing up casually bare-chested here. ^^ Looks like this marks for new opportunities to try out other birds and I am really looking forward to it! Plus your background work is getting more vary I see here...The place look lively and chill, and the additional signage with some wordings really helps in telling the background context better! All in all, I really love the overall scene shown in here and I do love to see you playing with other background ideas in the future! ;)

Yeah, certainly a long time coming! Awe yay glad you think so ;w; Really wanted to work more on muscles and I thought Souvi would look good for it hehe. Ya and glad to hear, hopefully I’ll do ok. I’m really happy you like the background it was pretty fun to draw especially since it was a real life location, kinda a sucker for old motels. X,,3 Really glad to hear!
