they all get stolen and shot up, although i do respect the person who placed this sign with maximum comedic effect. if you cant tell it is placed on the edge of a cliff about 150 feet above the canyon floor. in the background you can see the Rio Grande and beyond that is mexico (a whopping 400 feet away with no barriers to enterance at all)
