My belly is getting swelled day by day.
Seems like shade form doesn’t interrupt the pregnancy…
But it still feels… strangely hollow inside.
What happened?
“I can feel something growing, the being like us…”
A shade talked to me.
“……?”
My belly throbbed and I let out a gasp.
“Ooh… certainly a strong and lively shade…”
My eyes widened.
Shade?!
My baby… is a Shade?!

Does that explain the strange hollowness I feel?
But I clearly felt something was in my belly!
Does that mean… My baby was a vessel… but as I lose my vessel form… it…
…!!!
I’m stunned, floating there, tears starting to drop.
Shades are bounded in abyss…
If it’s a Shade too…
Then it will never have the chance to leave here, to see its sister, brothers, and anyone in Dirtmouth…

But soon, I realized that I can’t let anything like that happen.
I can’t let my baby stay here forever.
I have to find a way… either change myself back to vessel or my baby, in any way it doesn’t matter!

I start to search, there are broken shells covered all around the abyss.
I know, those shells are all broken, but if I can at least find a broken shell the same as mine…
I might have some chances.
