[Commission] Big Welcome - Cell shade

Here it is! Finally, the cell shade, as promised i started working on soft shading, it will take a bit longer to finish though, there's a lot of details to cover, soften cell edges and all that jazz.
When the final, soft shade version, is ready, commissioner requested to upload it on their profile, so it will be featured there first along side mine, though maybe with some time delay
