So in an alternate universe created by  Mulefoot, Uthalla is an alligator. Because Mulefoot wanted to keep his universe as realistic as possible, reptiles don't have real hair or breasts. In order to fit in some female reptiles resort to wearing wigs and fake breasts to appear more mammalian and conform to a mammal ruled society's ideas of femininity. Rated mature cause fake boobies are showing!
