The next character I decided to draw for Pride month is one of my favorite visual novel characters- Amicus, from Adastra, who is gay. I fell in love with Amicus pretty quickly, on top of being buff and handsome, he's very loving and charismatic, causing me to root for him to become emperor. Amicus' sexual preference is also pretty relevant to the story when you realize that relationships between two guys on Adastra is seen as irregular and even has a derogatory term attached to it (tail raiser, if you're really curious about it), which makes the fight for the throne have higher stakes than it initially did. Though despite having odds stacked against him, Amicus still strives to become emperor and make Adastra a better place, which I find to be admirable.
