This is a Work in progress of an idea I had a while ago.

I let this sketch slide for a bit while I did some research on the subject. I found that it is possible to “tattoo” your hair at least in theory. Modern genetic science has changed the fur color of a culture of mouse skin. Although it’s a modern process I’m sure eventually it will have much a similar application as your everyday tattoo if the desire is there.

Though the research into the subject proved one thing, it would have been impossible for furs to tattoo themselves permanently but that more than likely wouldn’t have stopped them from bleaching their fur into patterns and designs. Tattooing is an art just as cosmetology is for hair. Maybe the fur has his/her own beautician to design and color a pattern into fur. Makes you wonder about the blue green and purple furred critters with funny designs in their fur huh?

Well they are naked now but I plan on sketching in cloths. I did the rough sketch on paper and plan on finishing up in open canvas or something. The scene seems a little empty too, need to add some office clutter into the scene. Chairs benches, storage just general crap. That will be easier to add in once I have layer control.

Hopefully I can doodle in the rest of this before I forget about it.
