Just my opinion so there is no point in telling me im wright or wrong. It is my opinion only, that he is being very patriotic, not brave or stupid. He's inspirin millions of British to join the military by example. If the royal family is willing to put its own life on the line, why wouldn't the rest of the country follow? He's making him self a hero, and if he dies a martyr that will inspire millions more. This is the worst thing for the Iraqis that he could do, and it will undoubtedly double if not tripple their military size very quickly. If any American president ever decided to actually go to Iraq, and ACTUALLY fight, and not just do speeches while in office, and NOT! before being in office, it would have the same effect. To this date no president has done that since the very early 1800's. This is also the best way the prince could also defy Tony Blair's plans for withdrawal. They cant with draw if they have to leave enough troops to protect the prince, and if they are leaving troops they have to do some thing. That something will undoubtedly be what they have been doing all along and they will need lots of troops to continue doing this. This is truely a "kingly" thing, and a really noble act as far as supporting a cause he believes in. Also I who have fought as a member of the US Marine side by side with British Marines in Afghanistan Yemen and Iraq, thank him, we need all the help we could get in that backward country.

Hah. You sound just like my friend DragonRider, minus a few paragraphs from the first part. Yes, a prince going to battle like any noble royalty should. That's what I like to see. Ah, and yes, women should be a bit less uptight, espescially here in America.
