Sufficiently femme that his thighs are even very conical :)
Context: I read in a comment chain following an article on the controversey over "manspreading" that mens' thighs are mostly cylindrical, whereas women's are conical (making it easier for them to keep their knees together). Field observation has mostly confirmed this, although there seem to be some exceptions (the male gymnast in the most recent series of Uber Eats ads being a glaring example)
Owing to this, my femboy rabbit character was engineered specifcally to retain the cylindrical thigh spec, although his having the "badonkadonk" of his manga counterpart does complicate things.
