I decided to go more eldritch horror with this one, really stretched what it means to be a "dragon".
This is a creature that nobody has ever seen, or at least nobody remembers seeing. In truth, it feeds off memories, targeting large population centers, staying for a few days then leaving. It's victims recover in time, but the memories of the days surrounding its visit are often permanently gone.
