It seems our little goat wasn't paying attention in his Familiars 101 class when the teacher said "Absolutely do NOT model your familiar after yourself." I mean, what an arbitrary rule! It shouldn't matter what your familiar looks like, right? Well, it turns out magic works in mysterious ways, and making them look like yourself grants them access to your own mana pool instead of having one separate from you. That allows them to do some... interesting things.

It always perplexed me why any normal person would want to go to a magic school like Hogwarts. If you give a bunch of preteens the ability to bully people but now with magic, of course weird things are gonna happen! Good thing I'm not a normal person.
