Some helpless schmuck tried on a dog mask he found in the discount bin of a gas station as a joke, but it seems his new muzzle is quite fond of him!
I really enjoy the idea of extremely localized possession like this. You've got the rest of your body free, but it turns out talking is quite important for doing things like "communicating with other people" and "not utterly embarrassing yourself every time you go outside."

Really cool picture! I wonder how that boy and his muzzle get along now. Probably, it took him a while until he learned how to talk with his new muzzle, and maybe his muzzle usually allows him to do the talking, but sometimes takes over to help in difficult conversations. So his life got better and he really considers his muzzle as a friend.
Or maybe, his muzzle does ridicule him all the time, making inappropriate jokes, making his life like hell. Maybe he got a muzzle cage and does not talk at all, only uses sign language and writing. Maybe he can bribe his muzzle with dog treats, or the muzzle blackmails him to let it talk, or he would not be able to eat or drink. Maybe he cannot talk at all and just can bark and growl.
