After discovering the VHS glitch effect from my previous uploads I decided to return back to one of my older pictures and try applying it there. I also added some movement to the mouth to see if I could both create the glitch effect on something that was already animated. It was kind of a pain in the tails to do, but I think it came out pretty well all things considered!
