fountain of lost dreams
The Fountain of Lost Dreams is a locality that lies beneath the royal castle of Argules, the water that gushes from this fountain is used to heal pokémon into which they have been transformed and statues. Luke Hidron the Croconaw can be seen at this fountain training his Psi abilities.
This design was heavily inspired by the location that exists in the Kirby franchise games, the one I am referring to is the fountain of dreams. The cave environment was inspired by the Pokémon games, more specifically the Pokémon Mystery dungeons in which there are many such dungeons. And last but not least, the Psi powers that Luke uses are inspired by Lucas's from Mother 3/Earthbound 2.
