If its for actual productive work, and speed up you workflow, the price-point doesn't really matter much between 30 and 20.
I wonder though how it would act in Sai/Sai2 since i wasn't aware of any specific plugin functionality there. not that SAI needs another stabilizer its got that covered, but the rulers look really crazy and there Sai 2 just covers the barebone basics (yet)
