Another old character made new again. Fifi is a "Firefighter snake", a species of sea snake best known for its ability to suck in huge quantities of water, then spray it out of its hose-like tail on command. By sucking in water and spraying it out at the same time, they can glide like monorails through even the toughest currents. The coloring of their gelatinous bodies allows them to camouflage with the sea at night, which is when they prefer to hunt.

Fifi is one of the only Firefighter snakes to come out of the water to perform water ballet at a dinner theatre, and it's a position she takes very seriously. A touch too seriously, in fact - she is quite pretentious and snooty, thinking everything she does is a work of art - even if she's acting completely silly. She won't even admit that her last name, Waterwiggle, is a little funny-sounding. Instead, she insists that it is her family's name, like a precious heirloom of of the highest esteem. Despite her pretentious nature, she is not rude like Zeb or obnoxious like Isabella. She's just easy to poke fun at.
