After the fall of the Mifune clan Takashi, the only survivor, needed to survive in hiding while gathering strength for his intended revenge on those who destroyed his legacy. Once he was healed the warrior took to using his swordsman skills for money, taking the role of a ronin and wandering about the country to find any and all who sought those of his abilities. Taking the guise of "Shimazaki", the name of his late wife, Takashi could hide in plane sight. He still kept to a code however, never to harm the poor or innocent. Over time the wandering warrior earned a reputation, gaining allies and enemies alike in his never-ending quest for revenge.
