This sketch was a basic study of anatomy and body as well as positioning of the muscles via mostly shadow. The shadows are extremely dark because I do shadows as a separate layer, and then usually soften them. This was a study of muscle structure, and was intended to be basically just a stand alone pose. I might come back to it some day, but for now, it's going to be my posted sketch for the time being.
I'm actually somewhat proud how the head and left arm came out, if nothing else.
As always critique appreciated, but realize it's a sketch and an unfinished one at that, caught before I could actually do any softening or anything. Wanting more of an idea on techniques if anyone has any. It DEFENANTLY needs some softening on the V...

Though I have to say that naked or nearly naked Sjach is not my favorite flavor. Nice work on the Apollo's Belt. That's a tricky area to do well.
