After gulping down the willing morsel, Simba feels as his already gigantic gut bulge and expand from the size and weight of his new lunch. Causing him to erupt out a ferocious belch! So loud and powerful that he felt it shaking the grounds of Pride Rock itself!
This pleases the great King, who leans back and relaxes as he looks upon his squishy squirming belly. He happily talks to his new-found meal about how tasty his new 'friend' is (who appears to be squirming and squelch not to try escape Simba's belly, but to massage and rub it from the inside. What a good meal).
And with his new lunch continuously squirming and kicking to appease the King. No sooner than expected, Simba starts to feel a food coma kicking in, so as he tells his new lunch to keep squirming and moving (who appears to be happily obliging to his requests), the voracious Lion comfortably starts to fall asleep, as he lets his digestive system do it's magic.
He hopes that by the next morning, he'll end up with a nice, big butt...
or gut.
He doesn't mind either way.
