Title says it all. (Yet I'm typing a detailed description anyway. Should I stop including "Title says it all", then? Anyway.)
Liánhuā (whose name means "Lotus" in Chinese and is pronouced "lee-EN-HWAA") is a tiger who loves to swim and hand-fish, and is a skilled water ballerina. Gentle enough to dive into the water without making any noise, yet powerful enough to kill a tuna just by hugging it as tightly as she can. She is a regular performer at Club Tanuki, amazing the patrons with her gorgeous twirls, glides and diving - skills that prove to be just as useful when she does her daily fishing.
Liánhuā is very sweet, cute and upbeat, showing unbridled love to almost anyone. Despite being a tiger, she would never hurt anything out of the water. She loves attention, but it never goes to her head. She's very happy to do things for her friends, and loves cuddling and the feeling of romance. She's also incredibly smart, and particularly skilled in planning. She's an expert at choreographing, especially water ballets. She doesn't have a malevolent bone in her body - and some speculate that she has no bones at all.
That's right - water ballet is not the only advantage she has in hunting for fish. She can also dissolve into a liquid that looks just like water, but is thick like liquid rubber. This allows her to capture whole schools of small fish at a time, and create captivating illusions during performances. Some say that she got this ability from loving the water so much, that she took care of a tribe of water fairies who were sick from pollution, treating their illnesses and cleaning up the river as much as she could. Grateful for her devotion, they gave her water fairy powers, which includes dissolving and reforming at will.
