She is one of many characters from a failed comic book project back in the 90s. They were setting in my vault until I decided to bring them back as game characters. She is a mutant who can manipulate electricity and form electric daggers from it and can't be harmed by electrical attacks. She is part of a mutant group who save people and fight the forces of evil. Note: I was drawing super heroines before I started drawing catgirls.
