This one's been on my DA account for a while but I'm -trying- to update my gallery, so you get it here as well.
For reasons I'd have trouble describing, Sunset Shimmer is one of my favorite characters and I really feel like she was kinda done dirty by not getting an Alicorn form, since it's implied to follow vast learning and stuff with regular twilight, but instead Sci-Twi just... gets it by default.

So I made my own headcanon for what she'd be the Alicorn of.

In my headcanon, she's also firmly aware that while forgiveness is wonderful, it doesn't mean forgetting that bad things happened, and that sometimes you can't forgive people because ... well you just can't forgive everyone. Especially not people who are just going to use it as a free pass to do bad things to you again and expect more forgiveness as a get out of trouble free card. I see her as an good balance and foil to bookish, studious Twilight, each a healthy foil to the other and making an excellent pair of -paired- Alicorns.
